Anne-Catherine Frey is a Paris-based blogger and designer, whose ever-changing cropped hair and flawless androgeny, and position in one of my most coveted labels, The Kooples, make me really wish we were friends. She seems so effortlessly cool, in that very French way (Frey is from Luxembourg), her wardrobe is to die for and her hairdresser, who she discusses in this interview, sounds like a genius for short hair who I want to let loose on my locks. Plus, it sounds to me like we're pretty similar, so surely we'd be good friends, right?!?
