Suburban Slumber

I realise that my last outfit post included this exact same dress; I think I wear it like this more often than on its own, thanks to the often-inclement British weather. Part of my London non-venture was traipsing out to suburban Surbiton for dinner with Lottie's father, and ,having offered to spare any readers from the awkwardness of my oddly-positioned bedroom shots, she suggested the bit of parkland on the way there. For some reason green-covered ponds are some of the most charming to me. Maybe it's the way that their appearance doesn't match up to reality, in a nature-version of androgyny, or the memories of the colour fooling unsuspecting children, but they're almost more interesting than 'regular' wildlife ponds full of pondlife.
